Rubber disc idlers, also known as Impact Idlers, are equipped with rubber rings made from materials like natural rubber, synthetic rubber, or neoprene.The fixing arrangement and dimensions of the rings are designed for easy replacement and interchangeability, protecting the belt by absorbing impact at the loading point.The troughing angle is typically set at 20° or 30°.

- Proven polyurethane-coated impact rolls last up to 3 times longer than standard rubber-lagged rolls.
- The support frame comes in a standard length of 2000mm and is equipped with 5 rows of idler rolls.
- The support frame is designed to replace existing roller cradles and is attached to conveyor stringers.
- The open construction makes it easy to clean spillage and replace rolls.
- The arrangement of polyurethane idler rolls helps maintain correct belt tracking.
